Edulfin, a unit of Knowify Global Infosolution Private Limited Our Refund Policy is based on standardized practices that strictly follow industrial norms. We put up with fair assessment practices and all the refund claims are processed with vigilant parameters to make sure the decisions are justified and mutually agreeable. Our policies are treated with appropriate measures to settle different claims, originating from different assortments of needs and various business situations.

Applicability:

This refund policy governs refunds for all products and services provided by Edulfin, a unit of Knowify Global Infosolution Private Limited, including but not limited to:

• Software solutions
• Consulting services
• Support subscriptions

Refunds for Products:

The Company does not offer refunds for any product purchases after delivery, including software licenses and hardware devices, except as required by applicable law. All product sales are final upon delivery to the customer.

Refunds for Services:

1. Professional Services: If a customer cancels professional services prior to commencement of work, the Company will refund any pre-paid fees after deduction of applicable taxes. Once work has commenced, the professional services fees are non-refundable.

2. Training Courses: Fees for training courses are non-refundable once the course has begun. Cancellation requests received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date will be eligible for a full refund.

Process for Requesting Refunds:

To request an eligible refund under this policy, the customer must submit a written request to info@edulfin.com within 7 days after the purchase or commencement of services, providing the original order details and reason for the refund request.

Methods of Refund:

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase (keeping in touch with our company’s employees).

Refund Expectations:

In rare circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the sole discretion of Edulfin, a unit of Knowify Global Infosolution Private Limited Such exceptions may include:

• Gross negligence or failure to deliver agreed-upon services on our part.
• Circumstances where providing a refund is legally required. (only when it is discussed with the authorities of the company CEO and the other board members)

Applicable Law:

This refund policy shall be regulated by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, Indore.

Changes to the Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to amend or update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying affected clients directly.
